1. HealthSync Portal Overview – The Physician Portal allows you to access your patient’s information as well as patients for other physicians for whom you are covering. The following functions will be reviewed in this module – Patient List, Patient Search, Patient Summary, Current Order list, Med Profile, Nursing and Ancillary Documentation, Medical Records (Transcriptions, Legal Medical Record of previous encounters), Surgical Schedule Viewer; and Messages and Links.
2. Order Entry – This module reviews the following functions around order entry:

3. Deficiencies – This module will cover workflows on how to resolve deficiencies (e.g. – Scanned or Transcribed documents needing signature or with missing text; and reminders for dictation deficiencies).
4. Physician Documentation (HEN – Horizon Expert Notes) – This module reviews the workflows on how to complete online templates for physician documentation (e.g. – 24-hr progress note; Anesthesia note; Conscious Sedation note; Post-op/Procedure note; Preliminary Autopsy Diagnosis).
